From the moment we arrived at the restaurant to the end of our dinner the restaurant manager displayed a personal touch. He created a most pleasant environment. He does a terrific job, as does the waitstaff.

Your hotel is the best we have experienced so far. Some of the superior items were: the décor (the granite), the personal service from the staff, the room cleanness, and the made-to-order omelets at breakfast time. Most of the Best Western hotels have precooked scrambled eggs, or precooked egg patties. There were other items we liked like the pond with the ducks. I will not belabor the issue, but my wife and I both agree that you have a great hotel, and we have already recommended it to some people.

Just wanted to thank you and the staff at the Concordville Inn for making Nicole and Louie’s wedding so beautiful. Everything went perfectly...and I really mean perfectly, not one thing went wrong. The maitre d was wonderful, he was really on the ball, so attentive, and not one detail got past his “eagle eye”. The chef, bartenders, wait staff, all very good at their jobs. Our guests raved about the food. We had a Blast but it went by too fast.
